The Power of One
David Goodman and his parents are one of the few Jewish families in Branchwood, PA. When a stone is thrown through their window during Hannukah, breaking their menorah, the Goodman's struggle with how to react.
Caroline, is outraged at the violence towards her best friend and attempts to enlist neighbors to put a picture of a menorah in their windows for solidarity. The neighbors don't want to get involved, until Caroline's window, too, is shattered.
After a newspaper article on the universal nature of intolerance, the townspeople mob the local Rite Aid, looking for menorahs. The show ends with every home lighting a menorah in solidarity with the Goodmans.
