Q: How can I hear samples of the music for your shows?

A. Scroll down on each musicals page to find the song section. There are places where 1-minute samples of each song are available for listening. Just double-click on the arrow, wait for the download and listen.

Q. Which musicals can be ordered directly from this website?

A. Weslandia, Little Princess, The Power of One, A Show of Hands, Frankenteen, Middle School Story are all available right here directly from the musicals page.

Q. Which musicals cannot be ordered from this website and have to be ordered from their publishers?

Q: Do I have to pay a royalty even if the audience doesn't pay to see the show?

A: Yes. A royalty is due every time the play is performed before an audience even if it is for a school or church group, or an assembly program.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?

A. Yes. When you click on a gray purchase button, you will be taken to a secure website called 2checkout.com where you will be asked for your credit card information. We have used this site exclusively for over five years and we have never had a problem.

Q: Can I get a free perusal copy or sample of the script?

A: Perusal scripts are just $10.00 for a direct download to your computer.

Q: How many scripts do I have to buy?

A: When you buy a full production package (which includes the performance royalty, permission and the CD) it allows you to make as many copies of the script as you need for your cast.

Q: What if I want to do more than one performance?

A: The royalty for your first show [excluding the shows that are only available through other publishers] for one performance is a flat rate which is listed on the gray button for that show. There is an additional charge for each subsequent performance.

Q. What is on the CD?

A: The CD includes all the songs recorded for teaching purposes. In many cases, you get the songs both with and without vocals. Several CDs can be used in place of an accompanist in performance.

Q: What does the Full Production Package include?

A: Master script, CD Soundtrack, piano vocal score in some cases and Performance License (rights to perform the play one time). Make as many copies of the scripts as you need for your cast.

Q: May we make a video/DVD of the performance?

A. Without express permission from Frumi Cohen Musicals, a video cannot be made. For special arrangements or questions, click on the green CONTACT tab at the top of this page and email me.

Q: Are there discounts for touring companies that wish to tour to schools and perform the play many times?

A: Yes! If you represent such a company, please let me know up front so that we can consider your special needs from the beginning of the perusal process.
